Hi, I'm Tara Driggs; passionate about agriculture, education, business, my children, and staying healthy and active. I love being a part of rural communities and the continued success of those around me. With 23 successful years as an agriculture business owner, certified business coach, and classroom teacher, I excel at helping you identify areas of improvement in your business. I love taking complex issues and simplifying them for you and your team, whether that is profit margins, time efficiencies, or the ever-elusive challenge of balancing work with life demands. I have worked as sole entrepreneur, in partnership, and as a corporation and I know the ins and outs of what is needed at each level. I also know it takes effort to keep it all going and also keep yourself healthy, happy, and having fun!!

My most popular programs include a focus on Women in Agriculture, Women in Business, and working with you and your team to deliver better communication, better time efficiency, less stress, improved financial savvy, better profits and more fun. Current favorites include team workshops in DISC and motivators assessments. I am also honored to give back to communities through my coaching for a cause certification and work with the non-profit sector.
